- Technical Issues: If you encounter technical problems that prevent you from accessing or completing the IQ test.
- Payment Errors: In cases of accidental double payments or other payment-related issues, we will initiate a refund.
- Cancellation: If QuizPur cancels an IQ test for any reason except cheating, participants will receive a full refund.

Refund Process
- To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at admin@distinction-diaries.com within seven (7) days from the date of the payment.
- Provide details of the issue, including your full name, email address, date of payment, and a clear description of the problem.
- QuizPur will review the refund request and may request additional information to process the refund.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during registration.

Non-Eligible Situations
- Refunds will not be issued for participants who completed the IQ test but did not achieve a prize-winning position
Refunds will not be granted for requests made more than seven (7) days after the payment date.
Refunds will not be granted to any participant that is found cheating in the test.
